My whole life, I've been fascinated with technology - gadets, toys, tools, you name it. Today, I've reached varying levels of knowledge of a wide array of topics:

I design, source, and assemble my own flashlights. I assemble my own desktop PCs and circuit boards (light sensing, LED Jack-o'-Lanterns, and so on) from separate components. I'm always looking for solid new ways to process, encode, and store video. And if I find myself (or friends and coworkers) stuck in a mindless task, I try to speed it up, whether it's with macros, batch software, or heavy machinery.
